We ship worldwide with tracked, insured carriers. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times

Estimated transit times once shipped:

  • United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Europe (UK, EU): 5-10 business days
  • Asia & Pacific: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-20 business days

Delivery windows are estimates; carrier delays, customs clearance, and remote destinations can add time.

Carriers

We ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and trusted tracked local postal partners depending on destination and service level.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $35. Orders under $35 display shipping cost at checkout based on destination and weight.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed to you automatically. You can track anytime via the link in your confirmation email or by replying to help@louvt.com with your order number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated in 10+ days, or if the package shows delivered but you did not receive it, email help@louvt.com within 60 days of the shipping date. We will open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address.
