60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for any reason. If you're not fully satisfied, we'll refund your order.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging — or
  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email help@louvt.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the product securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier point.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free with no restocking fee. Tell us the size/variant you want when you contact support and we'll ship it right after we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo of the product and packaging. We will ship a replacement immediately — no return required in most cases.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Items returned after the 60-day window.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and the order must be returned after delivery.
