How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days in the US/Canada, 5-10 in Europe, 7-14 in Asia/Pacific, and 10-20 for the rest of the world. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and tracked local carriers.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also email help@louvt.com with your order number any time.
Who pays customs duties?
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

What's your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
5-10 business days from when we receive the returned item, refunded to your original payment method.

Care instructions are included in every package and on each product page. Follow them to keep your product in top condition.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All LOUVT products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything fails under normal use, we'll replace it.
